Even if the data is anonymised and responsibly handled, the shift from reactive guest tracking to ambient behavioural mapping represents a significant evolution in how theme parks operate.

And that evolution will require more than technical brilliance — it will require explicit boundaries.

But if the company moves forward, the rollout will need to be handled with unusual care.

Handled well, this could:
